Chanel Williams 30 year old testified she was at Bar One with two friends when an intoxicated Thomas approached and hugged her. Williams claims Peter walked away and later returned to curse her out for no apparent reason and choked her. There is also reports that Peter was upset because he overheard her telling her friends how drunk he was.

Thomas’s attorney, Warren Brown said outside of the courtroom, “We’re very happy with the verdict. This man is 62, has led a stellar life, built a successful business. And I think the jury rendered the right verdict.”
