Will You Be Watching: Jamie Foxx To Play Mike Tyson In New Biopic
Jamie Foxx has been tapped on the shoulder for yet another iconic biopic. Word on the street is Foxx is living his dream after signing on to play Mike Tyson and the film will be directed by Michael Scorsese.
Tyson also confirmed the news,
“It’s on, as of right now. Jamie Foxx has signed on for it. Filming hasn’t started yet but it’s going to happen. A lot of people aren’t going to like the things I’ve done in my life.”
A source also added,
“Mike knows it is Jamie’s dream to play him and they have talked about gym work and how he could put him through his paces. The only thing is if they go sparring and Mike connects, Jamie may never make any movie again.”
There’s no word on when it will hit theaters.
