Stefon Diggs SNAPS BACK! 👀🔥 NFL Star Sues Influencer for ‘Wild Lies’ About Drugging, Sexual Assault & Murder Plot

New England Patriots star Stefon Diggs is done playing nice — and now he’s taking a social media personality to court for what he calls one of the wildest lies ever told about him.

According to a bombshell lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports, the 31-year-old wide receiver is suing “would-be social media influencer” Christopher Blake Griffith after Griffith went online and accused Diggs of drugging him, sexually assaulting him, and even plotting to have him killed to hide so-called secrets.

And Diggs says EVERY word is a lie.

Diggs says the whole situation stems from May 2023, after he played in a charity basketball game in D.C. He claims he hung out with Griffith and other influencers, hit a local club, then brought the group back to his Rockville, Maryland home.

According to Diggs, the night was regular — he went to his bedroom, his assistant asked Griffith to leave, and that was that.

But in the summer of 2025, more than two years later, Diggs says Griffith suddenly hopped online telling tens of thousands of followers an entirely different — and extremely graphic — story.

Griffith accused the NFL star of drugging and assaulting him, then claimed Diggs orchestrated a violent attack days later to silence him and hide supposed gay or bisexual “secrets.”

Diggs says Griffith didn’t just post the allegations — he tagged the NFL, the Patriots, and even Uggs, one of Diggs’ major sponsors, in an obvious attempt to blow the story up and hurt his bag.

The lawsuit says Griffith acted with full intent, knowing the allegations were false but hoping for clout, attention, and social media fame.

Stefon says his reputation took a serious hit, and now he’s demanding damages and attorney’s fees — though the exact amount isn’t listed. But with an NFL star’s name on the line? You know it’s not cheap.

Griffith’s attorney, Jake Lebowitz, told TMZ:

“Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks.”

So yeah — this case is about to get messy, and the courtroom showdown is shaping up to be major.
