Remy Ma Blast Papoose On Instagram Live: Blames Him For Their Divorce

In a candid Instagram Live session on May 22, 2025, rapper Remy Ma addressed her ongoing divorce from husband Papoose and shared her thoughts on his relationship with boxer Claressa Shields. During the hour-long livestream, Remy Ma expressed that she is awaiting the finalization of their divorce, stating, “Everything is signed and ready to go.”
Remy Ma emphasized that the decision to part ways was hers, revealing, “I couldn’t take it anymore. I said…[we] can’t keep doing this.” She also mentioned her willingness to cover Papoose’s legal fees to expedite the process.
Addressing Claressa Shields, who is reportedly dating Papoose, Remy Ma commented on Shields’ recent interview, suggesting that Shields should have refrained from discussing their relationship publicly. She remarked, “I feel sorry for ol’ girl,” implying that Shields might not be fully aware of the complexities involved.
