The actress and writer and her husband, former model and rapper DeWayne Turrentine Jr., have been married for 26 years, proving that sometimes young love really can stand the test of time.

According to Reagan, she and DeWayne first crossed paths at Brandy’s Sweet 16 birthday party. The connection was immediate, and the two quickly became inseparable. Reagan later recalled that after meeting, they were essentially “stuck like glue.”

At the time, Reagan was already making a name for herself as an actress, while DeWayne was pursuing his own career in music and modeling. He was a member of the ’90s hip-hop duo Quo and also worked as a model, including an early photo shoot with Naomi Campbell for Vogue.

The relationship continued to grow, and the couple eventually got married in November 1999. They were only 18 and 19 years old when they tied the knot. Reagan has previously reflected on how being young allowed them to focus on their love without overthinking everything.

The couple later started a family and now have two children: daughter Scarlett Turrentine, born in 2007, and son Tyger Turrentine, born in 2011.
