Rachel Lindsay Ordered to Pay Ex Bryan Abasolo $13K Monthly in Spousal Support Despite Opposing His Request

Bryan Abasolo recently achieved a significant legal victory in his divorce proceedings with Rachel Lindsay. On July 10, a judge ruled in favor of Abasolo, ordering Lindsay to pay him $13,257 per month in temporary spousal support starting July 15, with no end date specified. Additionally, Lindsay must cover $20,000 in Abasolo’s legal fees by September 3.

The couple, who married in 2019 after Abasolo proposed on “The Bachelorette,” has been in a contentious legal battle since Abasolo filed for divorce in January, citing irreconcilable differences. Lindsay had previously claimed that Abasolo’s request for spousal support was unsupported and excessive, arguing that his reported income was insufficient to justify the amount he sought.

Abasolo’s initial request for $75,000 in legal fees and emergency support was partly granted, though not in full. The couple is scheduled for another court appearance in September for a mandatory settlement conference.
