Maquez Smith a Popeyes manager in Bainbridge GA has been charged with battery and cruelty to children. A viral video shows him getting into a fight with an underage employee. He slaps the 17 year old employee in face knocking her phone out of her hand. Another employee and customers tried to break the fight up.
