MrBeast and Amazon Sued by ‘Beast Games’ Contestants Over Abuse Claims

MrBeast and Amazon are facing a class-action lawsuit filed by five contestants from the show Beast Games. The lawsuit, submitted in Los Angeles County, accuses the production of a range of serious offenses, including sexual harassment, emotional distress, and failure to pay contestants properly. The plaintiffs allege they were misclassified as volunteers to avoid labor laws and were deprived of essential needs like food, medical care, and hygiene. Additionally, the female participants claim they endured hostile working conditions, including being subjected to sexual harassment.
The show, promoted as “the largest live game show” with a $5 million prize, has come under fire for failing to ensure safe and healthy conditions on set. The contestants are also accusing the production team of neglecting basic employment rights, such as minimum wages and uninterrupted breaks. The plaintiffs are seeking compensation for unpaid wages and punitive damages.
Amazon and MrBeast’s production team have not yet responded to these allegations.
