Lil Nas X Hospitalized For Possible Overdose After Being Spotted Walking Ventura Blvd in Just Underwear & Cowboy Boots

Lil Nas X just had a wild night in Los Angeles that ended with him hospitalized after a bizarre 4 AM incident.

According to TMZ Hip Hop, the “Old Town Road” star was spotted strolling down Ventura Blvd in nothing but his underwear and cowboy boots. Eyewitnesses say Nas appeared out of it—aimlessly floating down the middle of the street, pointing at passing cars, and even placing an orange traffic cone on his head.

At one point, he told onlookers he was “heading to a party,” but concerned residents found the scene strange enough to call LAPD. Several people reported a nearly nude man wandering the road, and when police arrived, Nas allegedly charged at officers before being subdued and handcuffed.

Paramedics on scene suspected a possible overdose and transported him to the hospital, where he’s currently receiving treatment.
