Kanye West Accuses Kim Kardashian of Child Neglect and Exploitation, Threatens Legal Action Over Custody Dispute

Kanye West is reigniting his long-running feud with ex-wife Kim Kardashian, this time threatening legal action over what he calls disturbing violations of their custody agreement. In a cease and desist letter sent by his attorney, Kathy Johnson, to Kim’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, Kanye accuses Kim of endangering and exploiting their children—particularly their eldest daughter, North West.

According to the letter, Ye claims Kim left 11-year-old North alone in a car while attending the Met Gala in New York City earlier this week. He also asserts that Kim continues to post videos and photos of North on TikTok despite his explicit objections, accusing her of using their daughter for personal and commercial gain.

Kanye further alleges Kim has been obstructing his parenting rights, saying he’s had little to no contact with their son Saint this year, and “unreasonably restricted” time with North, Chicago, and Psalm. However, his claim regarding Saint has been debunked—photos of Kanye with his three youngest children in Japan surfaced back in January.

Despite the accusations, sources close to Kim insist Kanye hasn’t been proactive in seeing his children and that she’s never denied him access when requested. The former couple, who finalized their divorce in 2021 after seven years of marriage, currently share joint custody of their four children, with Kanye paying $200,000 per month in child support.

In a curious twist, Kanye’s attorney noted that she also represents his current wife, Bianca Censori—though her role in this legal matter remains unclear.
