💔 Kandi Burruss & Todd Tucker Reach Divorce Settlement After Months of Courtroom Drama

Reality TV star and entrepreneur Kandi Burruss and her estranged husband Todd Tucker have officially reached a divorce settlement after months of heated legal back-and-forth.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the couple informed the court on March 11 that they had worked out a full and final agreement to resolve their divorce.

The settlement reportedly addresses child support and a parenting plan for their children. The court has now ordered the former couple to submit their finalized settlement paperwork by next week.

The split first became public in November 2025, when the The Real Housewives of Atlanta star revealed that she and Tucker were ending their marriage after 10 years together.

During the divorce proceedings, both sides made several claims regarding custody and living arrangements. Burruss initially asked the court for joint custody of their two children but later changed her request to sole custody after Tucker filed paperwork seeking primary custody himself.

Tucker claimed he had been the main caregiver for the children while Burruss was spending significant time working in New York.

However, Burruss disputed those claims and pushed back strongly against his version of events. She also criticized Tucker for living rent-free in the guest house on her property during the separation.

Tucker, on the other hand, argued that he was only staying in the backhouse because Burruss had kicked him out of the main home they once shared.

In addition to the custody dispute, Tucker had also requested spousal support in his original divorce petition.

With the settlement now reached, the couple appears ready to close the chapter on their marriage and move forward with their co-parenting arrangement.
