Justin Combs Hit With 2 Charges Over DUI Arrest
A criminal case was filed against Justin Combs on June 27th. He has been charged with 2 misdemeanors for driving under the influence and having a blood alcohol level higher than 0.08% or more.
A pretrial hearing date has been set for August 10.
We reported, on June 4, Justin was arrested for DUI. Law enforcement sources claim Justin was driving around Beverly Hills at 8 AM.
An officer witnessed Justin run a red light and pulled him over. After speaking with him, the officer decided there was enough probable cause to book him for allegedly driving while under the influence.
Justin’s bond was set at 5k and he was released the same day.
