Jennifer Williams Sparks Feud by Congratulating Evelyn Lozada’s Ex-Fiancé; Evelyn Responds with Legal Receipts

The longstanding tension between Basketball Wives alumni Jennifer Williams and Evelyn Lozada has escalated once again. The latest spark? Jennifer publicly congratulated Evelyn’s ex-fiancé, Lavon Lewis, on his recent engagement via her Instagram Story, a move many interpreted as a deliberate provocation. 

Evelyn responded swiftly and decisively. She took to social media to share court documents and legal filings concerning Jennifer’s current husband, Christian Gold (formerly Christian Walden). The documents revealed that Christian is embroiled in multiple legal issues, including a civil lawsuit filed by 21 individuals accusing him of operating a Ponzi scheme that defrauded them of over $120,000. The lawsuit alleges violations of the Georgia RICO Act, encompassing fraud, embezzlement, and racketeering charges. 

Adding to the controversy, Evelyn highlighted that Christian attempted to legally change his last name amidst these allegations, a move contested by plaintiffs who feared it would hinder their efforts to hold him accountable. 

The feud intensified when Jennifer, during a recent episode of Basketball Wives, accused Evelyn of hypocrisy by pointing out that Evelyn’s daughter, Shaniece Hairston, shares a child with rapper The Game, who has a criminal record. Shaniece responded on her podcast, criticizing Jennifer for bringing her into the dispute and labeling her as self-centered and not supportive of other women.
