Jason Derulo Accused of Sexual Harassment by Singer Emaza Gibson

Jason Derulo is being sued by singer Emaza Gibson for sexual misconduct and intimidation. Emaza is accusing Jason of sexual harassment. According to a lawsuit filed on Wednesday, Emaza claims Jason offered her a record deal but changed his mind after she rejected his sexual advances.

“I’m at this point in my life right now, it’s very heartbreaking, Emaza said during a recent interview with NBC News. “I have anxiety. I’m traumatized. I’ve dealt with inhumane work situations … l’m at this point where l’m back to zero and I have nothing.”

The lawsuit states that Ezama required medical assistance for breakdowns, weight loss, insomnia, mood swings and more. It also claims that she sought mental health treatment and was diagnosed with PTSD. Emaza is suing for sexual harassment, breach of contract, illegal retaliatory termination, and more.
