Iggy Azalea recently disclosed that she hasn’t communicated with her ex-partner, Playboi Carti, in over six months. This revelation came after a fan urged her to prompt Carti to release his new album, to which she responded, “We haven’t heard from that man in over 6 months, we don’t know where he is… We don’t know or care.”

The couple, who share a 4-year-old son named Onyx, have had a tumultuous relationship. In 2020, Azalea confirmed their split, stating she was raising their son alone.

She has previously criticized Carti for his absence from their child’s life, labeling him a “deadbeat dad.”

Azalea’s recent comments have reignited discussions about Carti’s involvement in his son’s upbringing and his prolonged absence from the music scene. As of now, Playboi Carti has not publicly responded to Azalea’s statements.
