Fabolous Takes Plea Deal To Avoid Jail For Knocking Emily B Teeth Out
Looks like Fabolous is taking the easy route out with this domestic violence case. The rapper is expected to take a plea Dela to avoid jail time.
Fab will plead guilty to a lesser charge to avoid prison and be sentenced to pre-trial intervention, a diversion program for first-time offenders that lasts from six months to a few years.
When he completes the program his charges could be erased from his record.
