Judge Tosses Sara Rivers’ Lawsuit Against Diddy — 21 Claims Gone, Only 1 Still Standing

Sean “Diddy” Combs just scored another legal win in the storm of lawsuits he’s been facing. This time, it’s former Making The Band 2 star Sara Rivers who saw nearly her entire case against him get dismissed in court.

According to newly obtained legal documents, a judge officially threw out 21 claims Rivers made against Diddy, MTV, Viacom, UMG, and several ex-Bad Boy employees — including his mother Janice Combs and former assistant Fonzworth Bentley. The dismissed allegations included racketeering, assault and battery, forced labor, sexual harassment, and false imprisonment … all gone with prejudice, meaning she cannot refile them.

The only claim left hanging is under the Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, which is currently paused while awaiting an appellate court ruling.

Sara originally filed her lawsuit back in February, accusing Diddy of hostile and inhumane treatment during her Making The Band run — citing the infamous “cheesecake walk” as an example of alleged abuse. She also claimed she was forced to live in inappropriate conditions, threatened with expulsion if she didn’t comply, and said Diddy sexually harassed her by once blocking her in a corner and touching her inappropriately.

Sara’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, told TMZ they fully plan to appeal, ensuring the legal battle is far from over.

For Diddy, this marks yet another legal victory after being found not guilty on federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges earlier this summer and successfully knocking down another accuser’s case last month.

The Bad Boy mogul might still be facing lawsuits, but right now, the courts seem to be siding with him.
