DaBaby Settles Assault Lawsuit From 2020 Music Video Shoot

DaBaby just dropped his new project “How TF Is This A Mixtape?” on Friday also avoided jail time from an assault lawsuit from 2020. The rap star was shooting a music video at home rental in California and things allegedly turned violent. However, he was able to officially settle the civil case with the homeowner he was accused of assaulting.

TMZ obtained court docs Friday showing DaBaby and Gary Pagar the man who owned the home reached a global settlement on the entire ordeal.

They’re asking the courts to cancel all future conference dates so they can prepare the final settlement papers and put the whole thing to bed.

DaBaby and Gary got into a heated dispute over the filming regulations, and things took a turn when Gary started sounding off. Gary claimed he lost a tooth when a fist connected with his jaw.
