Childish Gambino Is Being Sued For His Song “This Is America”

This is definitely America. Always stealing ish.

No pun intended..(okay I’m dead ass Lying) but it’s reported that Childish Gambino is being sued by another artist that goes by the name “Kidd Wes”. Wes claims Gambino’s Billboard 100 number 1 hit song “This is America” is a rip off of his work.

Gambino’s song was released in May of 2018. As to Kidd Wes’ song, he claims it was released in September of 2016.

Aight let’s do some comparison. Wes recited A line from his song which stated , “Made in America ,Flex on the radio ,Made me a terrorist, Pessimistic n***as, You should just cherish this.” And Gambino’s chorus said, “This is America, Guns in my area, I got the strap, I gotta carry ’em.” Ehhhhhh Idkkkk I mean.
