Star Brim, Cardi B’s ride-or-die, just got hit with a year and a day in the pen, plus three years on lockdown after that. She copped a plea for rollin’ with the 5-9 Brims, a heavy-hitting crew in the Bloods scene. Real name Yonette Respass, Star Brim got caught up in that RICO Act drama with 17 other heads, showing she was deep in the game.

They call her the “Godmother” of the 5-9 Brims, saying she was pulling strings on all kinds of shady deals like fraud and beatdowns. It’s a big deal ’cause the 5-9 Brims got a rep for being wild and pulling some heavy moves in NYC.
