Capricorn Clark Testifies in Diddy’s Federal Trial, Alleges Threats, Kidnapping, and Gun Incident Involving 50 Cent

On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial resumed in New York City following a Memorial Day recess. In a powerful day of testimony, Diddy’s former assistant Capricorn Clark took the stand and described alarming experiences she allegedly endured while working for the music mogul.
Clark testified that on her first day working for Combs in 2004, he took her to Central Park with a man known as “Uncle Paulie” and threatened her life, saying, “If anything happened, I might have to kill you,” referencing her past work with Suge Knight. The judge overruled a defense objection to the comment, allowing it to remain on the record.
She also alleged a terrifying interrogation ordeal over missing jewelry, where she was held in a locked room for five days and forced to take polygraph tests by men described as “linebackers.” She said they threatened to throw her in the East River if she failed.
When asked why she stayed at the company, Clark said, “If I left, they’d think I stole.” She also testified she was paid $55,000 a year, got no overtime, and typically only slept four hours a night due to the job’s intense demands.
A particularly chilling part of her testimony involved Clark stating she witnessed Diddy with a gun at her home, and that he mentioned having a serious issue with rapper 50 Cent.
Additionally, Clark recounted a 2011 incident where Diddy allegedly kidnapped her at gunpoint to confront rapper Kid Cudi, who was romantically involved with Cassie Ventura at the time. Clark testified that she was forced into a vehicle and taken to Cudi’s Los Angeles residence and was able to discreetly warn Cassie through a phone call.
The trial has already featured dramatic testimony, including from another former assistant who said Diddy frequently suspected staff of theft and subjected them to lie detector tests. Prosecutors and defense attorneys also sparred over evidence tied to the 2012 arson of Kid Cudi’s Porsche, which was destroyed by a Molotov cocktail in his driveway.
Diddy has denied all allegations and has pleaded not guilty to the federal charges, which include sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution-related offenses.
