Cam’ron Still Spinning the Block on Omar Gooding — Not Letting the Nickelodeon Kid Slide

Cam’ron is back in the States and already stirring the pot — this time reigniting his feud with actor Omar Gooding. On Tuesday night, the Harlem rap legend hopped on Instagram with a throwback pic of Gooding from his younger days, firing off a warning shot before his hit talk show It Is What It Is returns in three weeks.

“@omargooding this you?! I’m back in America. And got 3 weeks before @itiswhatitis_talk starts back up, U still wanna play? U a Nickelodeon kid. Be careful na lol*,” Cam wrote.

Gooding wasted no time firing back. Filming himself from a pool Wednesday morning, he said:

“That’s not it. That’s gonna backfire on you. If you want it, get in the booth. It’s that simple. I’ve already been in there. You wanna hear me again?”

In his caption, Gooding even teased a new album dropping in October.

This back-and-forth stems from comments Cam made last December on It Is What It Is, where he suggested Gooding needed someone like 50 Cent to revive his career. Gooding responded in January with a diss track titled “Fix Ya Mouth,” rapping:

“He probably didn’t mean it like he said it, but he said it so f**k that dude… They like to booboo and don’t think it stink and then they favorite color’s pink… but probably call it salmon.”

Now, with both men talking big, it looks like this rap-meets-Hollywood feud might not be over anytime soon.
