BIG TIGGER WON’T FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES AFTER DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ALLEGATIONS — FULTON COUNTY PROSECUTORS DECLINE TO PROSECUTE

Big Tigger won’t be facing criminal charges stemming from serious domestic violence allegations made by his wife, Alicia Brown.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has declined to prosecute the former Rap City host on charges connected to the case.

The decision comes after Brown accused Tigger of assaulting her during a May altercation. She alleged that Tigger slammed her head into a door, claiming the incident left her requiring stitches.

Brown also alleged that Tigger pressured her to deny what happened and warned that she would “lose everything” if she spoke publicly about the alleged incident. She further claimed that he later cut off her access to the family home’s Ring cameras and remote gate controls.

In June, Brown was granted a temporary protective order that required Tigger to remain 200 yards away from her and their children and prohibited him from contacting them. She was also granted temporary custody of the minor children and exclusive use of the family residence.

Tigger was arrested on June 20 on aggravated assault and child cruelty charges and was subsequently released on a $10,000 bond.

Throughout the case, Tigger denied the allegations and maintained that he would fight the accusations.

At the time, Tigger told TMZ, “For the past 30+ years, I have built my life around relationships and community. Those who know me know the man, father, husband, and friend I have been throughout my life.”

With prosecutors now declining to pursue the criminal case, the allegations have not resulted in criminal charges against Tigger. The separate family-court matters and protective-order proceedings are distinct from the decision not to prosecute.
