RHOA REUNION TEA COMES BACK TO HAUNT KELLI POTTER! “GARY” WINS LAWSUIT — SHE’S ORDERED TO PAY MORE THAN $83K

Angela Oakley wasn’t just talking at the RHOA reunion! The “Gary” she brought up during the reunion has now been identified in Fulton County court records — and he just scored a major legal win against Kelli Potter-Ferrell.

According to court records, Gary L. Tolliver sued Kelli over money he says he loaned her for her restaurant business. On August 10, 2026, the court entered a Corrected Final Verdict and Judgment in Tolliver’s favor on his breach-of-contract claim.

And the amount Kelli has been ordered to pay is more than $83,000. 👀

According to the judgment, the case was on the court’s bench-trial calendar on August 7. Tolliver appeared and testified about the contract and the amount he claimed remained unpaid.

Kelli did not appear for the bench trial.

The court subsequently ruled in Tolliver’s favor on the contract claim and ordered Kelli to pay:

• $63,085 in principal
• $20,614 in prejudgment interest
• Court costs
• Post-judgment interest

That brings the judgment to $83,699 before court costs and post-judgment interest.

SO, WHO IS “GARY”?

According to the court filings, Tolliver was an investor who loaned Kelli money connected to the opening and operation of Nana’s Chicken & Waffles in Sandy Springs.

In his amended complaint, Tolliver alleged that he loaned Kelli $35,000 around July 14, 2024, followed by another $40,000 around October 15, 2024.

Tolliver claimed the funds were intended to help open and operate the restaurant and alleged that Kelli agreed to repay a total of $100,000, including interest, by November 2024.

According to his lawsuit, Kelli eventually repaid $36,915, leaving $63,085 outstanding.

The court filings also include a loan agreement dated July 9, 2024, identifying Kelli Ferrell as the borrower and Tolliver as the lender. That agreement lists a $75,000 loan and an additional $25,000 in interest.

Tolliver’s lawsuit originally included claims for breach of contract, fraud, unjust enrichment and damages.

However, there’s an important distinction in the court’s ruling.

The August 10 judgment specifically found in Tolliver’s favor on the contract claim, while his non-contractual claims were dismissed.

So while Angela Oakley’s reunion comments may have raised eyebrows among viewers, the latest chapter is now playing out in the courtroom — and the court has ordered Kelli to pay Tolliver nearly $84,000, plus additional costs and interest.
