V-103 radio personality Francesca Amiker is taking her legal battle to federal court after filing a defamation lawsuit against Alicia Brown, the wife of longtime Atlanta radio host Big Tigger.

According to court documents filed on June 30 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Amiker alleges Brown falsely accused her of having an affair with Big Tigger through a series of social media posts.

In the lawsuit, Amiker claims Brown portrayed her as a “mistress” and “homewrecker” while also implying she played a role in injuries Brown previously displayed online. Amiker strongly denies the allegations, maintaining that her relationship with Big Tigger has always been strictly professional.

The complaint alleges the social media accusations triggered widespread online harassment, damaged Amiker’s personal and professional reputation, caused business losses, and forced her to hire crisis management and public relations professionals to address the fallout.

Amiker is seeking compensatory damages, punitive damages, attorney’s fees, and has requested a jury trial. The case was filed in federal court because the parties reside in different states and the alleged damages exceed $75,000.

The lawsuit follows the recent arrest of Big Tigger, born Darian Morgan, on aggravated battery and cruelty to children charges stemming from an alleged incident involving Brown. Morgan has denied the allegations against him.

Following his arrest, Big Tigger also publicly stated that he and Amiker have “never been anything more than friends and respected colleagues.” He additionally apologized to Amiker for the public attention and speculation surrounding the allegations.

The defamation lawsuit remains pending, and no court has ruled on the claims made in Amiker’s complaint.
