During an emotional interview with former NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt, the beloved actor opened up about how the incurable brain disorder has gradually affected his daily life. Glover said his speech, movement, and memory have all slowed over time, but he remains determined to keep living life with purpose.

“I’m sure as it advances, things are going to be different and changing,” Glover said, while emphasizing that he’s taking each day as it comes.
