Drew Sidora Ordered to Vacate Home as Custody Battle with Ralph Pittman Heats Up

The drama off-camera is getting just as intense as what fans see on-screen. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora has officially been ordered by a judge to move out of the Georgia home she shares with her estranged husband Ralph Pittman.

According to court documents, Drew must vacate the residence by May 31. Until then, both parties are required to continue splitting household expenses due to their current financial situation.

The living arrangement has already been tense — with Ralph reportedly staying in the basement while Drew occupied the main areas of the home. Per the court’s ruling, Ralph is allowed upstairs access specifically to help get their children ready for school.

When it comes to custody, the judge awarded both Drew and Ralph joint legal custody. However, Ralph has been granted primary physical custody during the school year, while Drew will have parenting time on alternating weekends starting in August.

The custody shift reportedly comes after concerns about the children having excessive school absences while in Drew’s care — a factor that appears to have influenced the court’s decision.

Despite the ruling, Drew’s camp is pushing back, making it clear the fight isn’t over. Her rep stated the situation is still being actively litigated and emphasized that the current order is temporary and does not reflect the final outcome of the divorce.

The split between Drew and Ralph has been messy from the start. The two filed dueling divorce petitions back in March 2023, with Drew accusing Ralph of “continued blatant disrespect and mental abuse,” along with allegations of infidelity.

As the case heads toward a final decision, it’s clear this chapter is far from closed — and fans are watching closely as one of reality TV’s most talked-about relationships continues to unravel.
