The cameraman alleges that during a 2022 tour stop in Ibiza, Spain, he was forced to watch Megan engage in a sexual act with another woman inside a moving SUV. U.S. District Judge Gregory H. Woods ruled that the plaintiff “plausibly pleads that the alleged sexual encounter in the SUV in Ibiza created a hostile work environment,” allowing the case to move forward.
