Christian Keyes Calls Out BET+ for Mistreatment, Confirms He’s Taking All The Queen’s Men To A New Platform

Christian Keyes is pulling back the curtain on All The Queen’s Men—and he’s not holding back.
As fans gear up for the second half of Season 4, set to premiere July 24 on BET+—which also marks Keyes’ 50th birthday—the actor, writer, and creator took to social media to thank fans for their unwavering support while also getting candid about his frustrations with the network.
“Shout out to the couple hundred thousand of y’all renewing your BET+ subscription just for our favorite show,” he joked. “I do the same thing.”
While grateful for the show’s success and loyal audience, Keyes voiced his disappointment with BET+ over how he’s been treated as the show’s creator—especially after 15 years of developing the concept.
“It is disappointing to continuously find out that your show is coming back on the internet instead of finding out from the network,” he revealed.
Even more surprising, Keyes said his “Created By” credit was removed in Season 2, and only reinstated after union involvement.
“I created this 15 years ago… God gave it to me ’cause He knew I was gonna protect it—and I will.”
Despite the challenges, Keyes is pushing forward—but without BET+. He confirmed he won’t be partnering with the network for any prequels or spin-offs, and is currently in talks with other streaming platforms to take the franchise to the next level.
“It’s not up to the studio. It’s not up to the network. It’s up to me, thankfully.”
The All The Queen’s Men universe is expanding far beyond streaming. Christian revealed plans for:
- A Las Vegas residency: All The Queen’s Men Live coming summer 2026
- A nationwide stage play tour, with a script already written and ready to go
- A bold new direction that puts creative control fully back in his hands
Keyes also addressed behind-the-scenes issues, noting that personnel changes may be necessary due to unprofessional behavior on set, including intoxication and disrespect during filming.
“Those things will be addressed,” he said firmly.
With Season 4 Part 2 dropping soon and big moves in the works, Christian Keyes is making it clear—All The Queen’s Men isn’t just a show, it’s a vision, and he’s just getting started.
Will you be tuning in on July 24? Drop your thoughts in the comments—and stay tuned, because Christian Keyes is taking his empire to a whole new level.
