50 Cent Drops Defamation Suit Against Son’s Mother, Daphne Joy
50 Cent is dropping the defamation lawsuit against his ex, Daphne Joy. The rapper has filed new legal docs asking the judge to dismiss the lawsuit without prejudice.
He filed the suit back in May after Daphne accused him of rape and physical abuse via social media.
She made the allegation in a March 28 Instagram post after 50 Cent accused her of being one of Diddy’s sex workers since she was mentioned in a lawsuit filed against Diddy.
“Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me,” she captioned the post. However, Daphne deleted the post in July.
