Justin Timberlake Arrested In Long Island, New York For DWI

Justin Timberlake was arrested in the early Tuesday morning on DWI charges in the Hamptons village. He was pulled over after failing to stop at a stop sign.

Timberlake performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests according to the police report.

The arresting officer claims that Justin’s “eyes were bloodshot and glassy and he smelled of a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. He was unable to focus and his speech was delayed and he was unsteady on his feet.

Timberlake claimed he only had “one martini” and then refused a breathalyzer test.

A press release from the police department said. “Mr. Timberlake was placed under arrest, processed, and held overnight for morning arraignment. Mr. Timberlake was arraigned at the Sag Harbor Village Justice Court on June 18, 2024, at 9:30 AM where he was released on his own recognizance.”
