Tory Lanez Refuses To Testify Against Megan Thee Stallion In Shooting Trial
According to reports Tory Lanez is refusing to take the stand and persaude jurors here is nto guilty of shotting his ex in the foot. During proceedings on Wednesday it was Lanez turn to testify and he simply declined. I will not testify,” said Lanez, sitting beside his father, to Judge David V. Herriford.
Jaquan Smith, Lanez’s driver who was present the night of Megan’s shooting, lso declined to testify.
With no testimony from the two, both the prosecution and the defense will proceed to make their closing arguments later in the day on Wednesday. After that, the case will be submitted to the jury
