Stefon Diggs appeared in court Friday for his arraignment in connection with the alleged assault of his personal chef — and the NFL star made it clear he’s denying all accusations.

The 32-year-old wide receiver entered a not guilty plea during a brief hearing at Dedham District Court, just days after suiting up in Super Bowl LX as a member of the New England Patriots. Diggs and his legal team were before the judge for roughly a minute before the proceedings concluded.

Following the hearing, Diggs’ attorney, Mitchell Schuster, spoke to reporters and firmly rejected the allegations.

“We’re confident that after the facts and evidence are reviewed in this case, he will be completely exonerated,” Schuster said.

According to previous reports, Diggs’ personal chef accused him of assault stemming from a dispute over unpaid wages on December 2, 2025. The woman claims Diggs entered her unlocked bedroom after a heated text exchange about money she believed she was owed.

She alleges the situation escalated when Diggs slapped her across the face and attempted to choke her by placing his arm around her neck. The alleged victim reported the incident to police on December 16, stating she experienced redness on her upper chest, though no photographs of injuries were provided.

The court has scheduled Diggs’ pre-trial hearing for April 1. In the meantime, the judge ordered Diggs to have no contact with the alleged victim.

As the legal process moves forward, Diggs maintains his innocence while fans and the NFL world await further developments.
