Atlanta police confirmed an arrest has been made in the theft of Beyoncé’s unreleased music, but the superstar’s highly guarded tracks are still missing.

According to TMZ, Kelvin Evans was arrested for allegedly breaking into an SUV this summer and swiping property that included hard drives with Queen Bey’s unreleased music, tour set lists, and footage plans for her Cowboy Carter tour.

Back in July, police responded to a theft at a parking garage where two of Beyoncé’s team members — a choreographer and a dancer — reported their rented Jeep Wagoneer had its trunk window smashed. Two suitcases were taken during the break-in.

TMZ also obtained the 911 call, where one of Beyoncé’s crew members urgently told the dispatcher that the computers inside contained “really, really important information,” even hinting they worked for a celebrity of “high status.”

Those stolen suitcases reportedly contained priceless creative material tied to Beyoncé’s upcoming tour — including unreleased music the world has yet to hear.

Evans has since been booked into Fulton County Jail, but the missing hard drives still haven’t been recovered. That means Bey’s unreleased tracks are floating somewhere out there — and fans are left wondering if they’ll ever resurface.
