Male Escort Clayton Howard Sues Diddy and Cassie, Alleges Trafficking, Abuse, STD Infection, and Secret Abortion
Clayton Howard, one of the male escorts at the center of the explosive federal case against Sean “Diddy” Combs, has filed a bombshell civil lawsuit against both Diddy and singer Cassie Ventura, alleging years of sexual abuse, trafficking, and emotional manipulation.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Howard—who says he went by the name “Dave” during his time working for the music mogul—claims he was trafficked by Diddy and Cassie beginning in 2009. The lawsuit accuses the pair of hiring him for so-called “freak-offs,” a term previously described in court to reference extravagant drug- and sex-fueled encounters involving paid escorts.
In a stunning claim, Howard alleges he contracted a sexually transmitted disease from Cassie after engaging in unprotected sex with her. He says he later learned she had an abortion after he got her pregnant—without ever informing him—and continued to have unprotected sex afterward. He also alleges Cassie manipulated him into taking ecstasy and forced him to masturbate for hours, which resulted in physical injury, including skin peeling and scabbing.
The lawsuit paints a disturbing picture of Howard’s time with Diddy and Cassie, accusing them of drugging, traumatizing, and exploiting him for their personal and sexual gratification. Howard says he was used as “entertainment to satisfy their sexual fetishes and personal ambitions” for more than five years, during which he suffered emotional distress, physical injury, medical expenses, lost wages, and severe psychological trauma.
Though Howard was not called as a witness during Diddy’s recent trial, his name came up multiple times. A federal agent testified about an incident where Howard was flown from New York City to Los Angeles and stayed at a Four Seasons hotel—expenses allegedly covered by Diddy.
Diddy was recently acquitted on the more severe charges of racketeering and sex trafficking but was convicted on two federal counts of transporting escorts across state lines for prostitution. He remains in federal custody after being denied bail and is awaiting sentencing, facing up to 20 years behind bars.
This latest lawsuit further deepens the controversy surrounding the Bad Boy founder, while also casting renewed scrutiny on Cassie—who previously settled her own civil suit against Diddy and has since remained largely silent as federal charges mounted against her ex.
