Lil Uzi Vert Hospitalized in NYC After Medical Emergency — JT by His Side

Lil Uzi Vert is currently receiving medical treatment in a New York City hospital after being rushed to the ER on Monday afternoon, TMZ Hip Hop reports.

Paramedics responded to an emergency call around 2:30 PM at a hotel in Lower Manhattan for what was described as a “sick person.” According to eyewitnesses, the Eternal Atake rapper was seen being wheeled out of the hotel lobby on a stretcher and loaded into an ambulance. Security held up a line of black umbrellas to shield him from view as concerned onlookers watched.

Uzi’s girlfriend, former City Girls rapper JT, was reportedly at the scene and accompanied him to the hospital. Sources say Lil Uzi was conscious as he was transported and admitted to the emergency room, where he remained overnight.

As of Tuesday morning, Lil Uzi is still hospitalized, though details regarding his condition and the nature of the emergency have not yet been made public. No official statement has been released from Uzi’s team.
