Karlie Redd is finally breathing a sigh of relief after a DeKalb County judge officially dismissed all burglary charges against the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star and businesswoman. 🙌🏽

The case, which stemmed from an April 2025 arrest, accused Karlie — legal name Karlie Lewis — of entering the home of her estranged husband, Teleau Belton, without permission and taking personal items. But as of October 22, 2025, it’s case closed.

Karlie’s attorney, Steve Sadow, confirmed the news, posting the DeKalb County court order on X (formerly Twitter) and celebrating the win:

“The bogus case against my client, Karlie Redd (Lewis), one of the stars of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, has been dismissed!”

The court order, signed by Judge LaTisha Dear Jackson, stated:

“While probable cause exists, the State is unable to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.”

In an official statement, Karlie addressed her supporters and set the record straight:

“I want to clearly state that I was never guilty of the allegations made against me. These claims were completely untrue, and I was unfairly targeted by false statements made by my ex-husband. The dismissal of all charges confirms the truth.”

She went on to thank her legal team, family, and fans for standing by her through the storm — adding that her focus now is on healing, advocating for domestic violence survivors, and continuing to build her businesses.

Karlie recently opened Red Room Bistro, a sleek new restaurant in Downtown Atlanta, and continues her advocacy through her non-profit, The Big Heart Foundation.
