Halle Berry is not here for the disrespect — especially when it comes to her role as a mom.
The Oscar-winning actress recently fired back at comments made by her ex-husband, David Justice, who reportedly claimed he doesn’t see her as “the mother of kids” because she doesn’t cook or clean.
Halle took to Instagram while enjoying a birthday getaway with her man Van Hunt to set the record straight — and she did it with style. Sharing a glowing photo, Halle captioned it: “Phew…! cooking, cleaning and mothering.”
Fans quickly flooded her comments with support, praising her for shutting down the narrative that domestic chores define a good mother.
Berry and Justice, who divorced back in 1997, have had a rocky history. While they share no children together, Halle is mom to two — and she’s made it clear she’s confident in her parenting, with or without a chef’s hat or a broom in hand.
