Halle Bailey Seeks Sole Custody of Son Halo

Published

on

Halle Bailey has filed for sole legal and physical custody of her son with ex-boyfriend and YouTuber DDG, citing a pattern of alleged abuse and concerning behavior. According to court documents obtained by People, Bailey was recently granted a restraining order against DDG and is now taking further legal action to protect herself and their child, Halo.

In her filing, Bailey accuses DDG of emotional and physical abuse, alleging that he has hidden their son from her, made threats to take the child away, and has shown a lack of cooperation in co-parenting efforts. She is asking the court to deny DDG unsupervised visitation rights, instead requesting that he be allowed supervised visits—limited to six hours once a week through a professional agency—only while Halo is in Los Angeles.

Bailey is also seeking legal protections to prevent child abduction, citing DDG’s past behavior as grounds for concern. She wants the court to restrict him from removing their son from Los Angeles County without her written permission. Additionally, Bailey is asking the court to block DDG from applying for important documents for their son, including a passport, without her consent.

Should travel be permitted, Bailey is requesting a full itinerary in advance, including all travel documentation, addresses, and contact numbers.

These developments follow a previously issued restraining order mandating that DDG stay at least 100 yards away from Bailey and cease posting or livestreaming content about her or their child.
