Gillie Da Kid Honors Late Son with New York City Billboard Tribute
On the anniversary of his son YNG Cheese’s death, Gillie Da Kid unveiled a New York City billboard honoring the late rapper. The emotional tribute read, “Long Live Cheese [crying emoji]. Miss u kid #WeGotChase.” YNG Cheese, 25, was killed in a Philadelphia shooting last year. Fans and hip-hop figures, including Killer Mike and Pusha T, offered their support in response to Gillie’s post.
