⚖️ Diddy Scores Civil Court Win As Judge Tosses Assault Lawsuit While He Awaits Federal Sentencing 🚨

Diddy may be sitting behind bars waiting on his federal sentencing, but he just walked away with a legal win in one of the many civil lawsuits against him.

A judge in New York has officially dismissed a lawsuit filed in February by a man who claimed the music mogul drugged and sexually assaulted him at an L.A. nightclub back in 2015.

According to the suit, the plaintiff — a then 23-year-old aspiring artist — alleged he was given a spiked drink, lost consciousness, and woke up to Diddy engaging in “unwanted sexual contact.” He also claimed Diddy threatened to ruin his career if he resisted.

However, the judge ruled the case was filed too late. Under state law, there was a 5-year statute of limitations at the time of the alleged incident. Although New York passed a new law in 2019 extending the statute to 20 years, the court made it clear the law does not apply retroactively.

The claims against Bad Boy Entertainment and Combs Enterprises were also thrown out.

This marks another win for Diddy, who has recently seen multiple lawsuits dismissed in court. Still, the hip hop mogul faces dozens of other ongoing civil cases — and the biggest challenge yet: his federal criminal case.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on October 3.
