Demi Blanco Arrested for False 911 Call Resulting In Young Scooter’s Fatal Injury

Demetria Spence aka Demi Blanco, 28, was arrested by the Atlanta Police Department on March 30, 2025, and charged with Transmitting a False Public Alarm under O.C.G.A. 16-10-28, subsection (d)(2). The charge stems from a false 911 call made on March 28, 2025, reporting an injury or fatality at 273 William Nye Drive SE.
Upon responding to the call, officers discovered two men, one identified as “Scooter,” fleeing the scene. During the pursuit, Scooter attempted to escape by jumping a fence but sustained a serious injury. Despite rescue efforts, Scooter later died from his wounds. Authorities allege that Spence’s false call led to the response that resulted in this tragedy.
Spence, wanted for her involvement in the false report, was apprehended and transported to Fulton County Jail for processing. She now faces serious charges following the fatal outcome of the false alarm.
