Cassie Says She Suffered Sores On Her Tongue And UTIs From Diddy’s ‘Freak-Offs’

In deeply disturbing testimony, singer Cassie Ventura took the stand in the federal criminal case against Sean “Diddy” Combs, detailing years of abuse, coercion, and sexual exploitation. According to courtroom transcripts shared on X (formerly Twitter), Cassie alleged that Combs forced her to participate in repeated drug-fueled sex encounters—referred to as “freak-offs”—beginning when she was just 22 years old.

Cassie testified that these orchestrated “freak-offs” often led to serious physical consequences, including tongue sores, repeated urinary tract infections, and emotional trauma. “I have all these sores on my tongue. I have another UTI,” she read aloud during the proceedings, later clarifying that the sores came from “friction in my mouth” due to forced oral sex.

In one exchange, the Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) asked how she recovered from these sessions. “I’d take opiates. I wanted to feel numb,” Cassie responded. “We’d get massages, I.V. fluids. The chef would cook us something.” She added that opiate use after these events was frequent.

When asked about the pain from the UTIs, Cassie answered, “Very. Anti-bacterials didn’t work anymore.” Her messages to Diddy during this period, read aloud in court, revealed her deteriorating physical state and emotional distress. “So you feel sick?” the prosecutor quoted. “Why are you sorry?” Cassie replied, explaining, “I took the blame for things.”

Cassie also accused Combs of physical violence, including striking her and dragging her by the hair. She described years of psychological control, manipulation, and threats that extended into her appearance and music career. One of the most damning moments in court came when prosecutors played a 2016 video allegedly showing Combs physically assaulting her.

The testimony marks a significant moment in the growing criminal case against Combs, who has denied all allegations. Legal experts suggest Cassie’s testimony could play a pivotal role in the prosecution’s case.
