🚨💥 Benzino Claims Diamond Hit Him With Car Amid Custody Clash — Diamond & Althea Say “Cap!”

Atlanta is heating up, and this time it’s not about music.

Benzino is alleging that he was struck by a vehicle driven by Diamond during a chaotic custody dispute involving his son.

According to Benzino, the incident happened this afternoon in Atlanta. He reportedly sent a photo to blogger Tasha K showing himself on a stretcher at Grady Memorial Hospital wearing a neck brace.

Benzino claims he caught his ex, Althea Heart, attempting to remove their son from school despite him allegedly being the sole custodial parent. He says he chased them to their vehicle, and during the chaos, Diamond — who was reportedly driving a new car — struck him.

However, Diamond and Althea are strongly denying the claims.

The two say when they arrived to pick up “Lil Zino” from his bus stop, Benzino approached the vehicle and allegedly tried to open the car door. They claim Diamond drove off in an attempt to leave the situation, denying that she intentionally hit him.

Althea also pushed back on Benzino’s custody claims, stating she has sole custody of their son and says she has court documents to prove it.

As of now, it’s a case of conflicting stories, and social media is divided over who’s telling the truth.
