It’s official — Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are heading down the aisle! 💍

The former GMA3: What You Need to Know co-anchors revealed on the October 14 episode of their Amy & T.J. podcast that they’re engaged, nearly two years after their high-profile romance first made headlines.

“We are sharing with all of you that we are engaged and we’ve been engaged for just about a month now,” Robach, 52, told listeners.

Holmes, 48, added:

“We wanted to let you all know before anybody else was able to. We’ve learned that lesson, I guess, in the past about our relationship.”

The pair joked about how long it took fans to notice the engagement ring, with Holmes teasing Amy for “dangling the ring in everybody’s face.”

“I was in three massive football stadiums three weekends in a row wearing my engagement ring very proudly,” Amy laughed. “I kept waiting for somebody to say something, but it never happened.”

The couple shared that they’ve been celebrating privately with close friends and family and promised to share more details soon about how the proposal happened.

Their engagement marks another major milestone in their relationship, which began in 2022 while both were working at ABC. Their romance sparked intense media attention since both were still publicly married at the time — Amy to actor Andrew Shue and T.J. to attorney Marilee Fiebig.

However, sources have long maintained that there was no overlap between their new relationship and their previous marriages. Since then, the couple has moved in together and launched their own podcast, opening up candidly about their love story and the lessons they’ve learned.

Amy previously hinted that if she ever got married again, she’d want it small and meaningful:

“I really would want it to be a very intimate gathering,” she said earlier this year. “I’d absolutely run off and elope somewhere — maybe Fiji or Vegas.”
