According to court documents filed on June 30, 2025, in Georgia, Amber is seeking a total divorce, citing that the marriage is “irretrievably broken” with “no prospects for reconciliation.” The couple, who were married on January 11, 2025, have reportedly been separated as of the date of filing.

In the divorce complaint, Amber requests equitable distribution of marital assets and debts, as well as temporary and permanent alimony in various forms—including periodic, lump sum, and in-kind payments.
