Chris Brown and his daughter’s mother, Diamond Brown, are in the middle of an increasingly heated child-support and custody battle — and new court documents contain some serious allegations.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Diamond claims Chris has engaged in what she describes as “disturbing behavior,” including allegedly making death threats toward men she has dated since their relationship ended.

Diamond says she and Chris ended their relationship approximately two years ago. She claims that despite Chris having a new partner and another child, he becomes “extremely angry” whenever she dates other men.

In her filing, Diamond alleges that Chris made death threats against her most recent boyfriend and continued threats toward the man’s twin brother. She also claims third parties were used to make threats.

Diamond alleges similar behavior occurred when she began dating another man following their breakup, claiming both relationships eventually ended because of what she described as Chris’ harassment.

“I should not be left to be scared to move on with my life because of Chris’s anger and resentment,” Diamond said in the filing.

She also claims that Chris has not asked to see their daughter, Lovely, during the past six or seven months, despite his busy touring schedule. Diamond says his alleged behavior has left her feeling frightened and that she has previously asked his attorney, through her own lawyer, to have Chris stop the alleged conduct.

Diamond says she has attempted to avoid seeking a domestic violence restraining order and is not currently requesting one.

She also alleges Chris recently became angry with her in front of their daughter at a birthday party and claims he has attempted to harass her through social media.

The dispute goes beyond the alleged harassment claims.

Diamond says Chris earns significantly more than she does and estimates his net worth at approximately $50 million. She claims he has refused to provide sufficient financial documentation to determine an appropriate level of child support.

According to Diamond, she earns approximately $1,500 per month and is seeking what she describes as “basic adequacy” to meet their daughter’s needs — not the same lifestyle Chris has.

Diamond also referenced luxury vehicles Chris allegedly purchased for the mothers of two of his other children, saying the purchases were publicly posted on Instagram.

Chris has denied Diamond’s harassment allegations.

According to an email from his attorney cited in the filing, Chris denies the claims and asked Diamond’s legal team to provide specific information about the alleged incidents so they could be addressed.

Chris has also publicly fired back at Diamond on Instagram Stories, accusing her of preventing him from spending time with their daughter and claiming that the allegations are part of a “false narrative.”

Brown said he pays for their daughter’s expenses, including cars, housing, schooling, medical care and $10,000 per month, and claimed he has not seen Lovely in approximately seven months.

Chris also accused Diamond of interfering with his relationship with their daughter and said he has documentation of his payments.

“I JUST WANNA SEE LOVELY!” Brown wrote, while insisting that he does not care about Diamond’s personal relationships.

Diamond filed a lawsuit against Chris over child support and custody in May 2026, seeking primary custody of their daughter. Chris opposed her request.

The latest filings add another layer to an already contentious family-court battle. The allegations made by Diamond have not been proven in court, while Chris has denied the harassment claims and disputes Diamond’s characterization of their situation.

For now, the biggest issue remains the same: the custody, financial support and relationship between Chris Brown and his daughter Lovely.
