Juvenile and B.G. Reunite as Cash Money & No Limit Prepare to Make Hip-Hop History With Massive 17-City Arena Tour
Two of New Orleans’ most influential hip-hop empires are preparing to take their legacies across the country, as Cash Money Records and No Limit Records officially join forces for a historic 17-city arena tour celebrating the music, artists and entrepreneurial movements that helped transform Southern rap into a global force.
For longtime fans, however, one of the most anticipated elements of the upcoming run is the continued reunion of Juvenile and B.G., two artists whose voices became inseparable from Cash Money’s rise and the unmistakable New Orleans sound that dominated hip-hop at the turn of the millennium.
The Cash Money & No Limit Tour is scheduled to kick off September 11 in Houston, before traveling through major markets including New Orleans, Atlanta, Detroit, Dallas, Washington, D.C., Memphis, Chicago and more, ultimately wrapping its announced 17-city run in Cleveland on November 15.

The tour brings together an extensive collection of artists responsible for defining both labels’ respective eras. Birdman, Juvenile, Mannie Fresh and B.G. will represent the Cash Money legacy, while Master P, Silkk the Shocker, Mia X, Mac, Fiend, Mercedes, Choppa and Mr. Serv-On are among the No Limit veterans scheduled to appear. Boosie is also billed as a special guest.
But the significance of this tour reaches far beyond nostalgia.
Cash Money and No Limit weren’t simply two successful record labels. Both became blueprints for what could happen when Southern artists built their own infrastructure, developed distinctive identities and turned regional movements into national businesses.
During the 1990s, Master P transformed No Limit into one of hip-hop’s most recognizable independent empires, building a roster and visual identity that made the No Limit tank impossible to ignore. Cash Money would experience its own explosive rise, with Birdman and Slim building a powerhouse that introduced the world to a generation of New Orleans talent and helped permanently shift hip-hop’s center of gravity toward the South.

Together, the two labels played major roles in expanding Southern hip-hop’s national influence while demonstrating the importance of ownership, independence and building businesses around culture. Organizers are positioning the upcoming tour as a celebration of that larger impact — not simply a collection of throwback performances.
For Cash Money fans, the reunion energy surrounding Juvenile and B.G. adds another layer to the moment.
Juvenile’s catalog remains foundational to the label’s history, with records from his breakthrough era becoming permanent fixtures in hip-hop culture. B.G., meanwhile, helped establish the street-driven sound and language that made early Cash Money so distinctive. Alongside Lil Wayne and Turk, the pair formed the Hot Boys, one of the most influential rap groups to emerge from New Orleans.
And there may be even more history unfolding behind the scenes.
Recent rehearsal footage shared by Turk showed Juvenile, B.G., Lil Wayne, Turk and Mannie Fresh together again, with Birdman also appearing in the footage. The reunion immediately fueled excitement surrounding the upcoming tour. While Wayne and Turk were not part of the originally announced touring lineup, seeing the Hot Boys together in rehearsals has added another level of anticipation about what surprises could potentially happen once the tour gets underway.
Still, the confirmed lineup alone represents something rarely seen on this scale. For fans who grew up during Cash Money and No Limit’s dominant eras, the arena tour offers an opportunity to hear records that once defined car stereos, clubs, block parties and entire chapters of Southern hip-hop performed by many of the artists who created them.

For younger generations, it offers something equally important: a chance to experience the architects behind sounds, business strategies and cultural movements whose influence continues to appear throughout modern rap.
Master P summed up the significance of the moment when announcing the tour, explaining that fans had waited years to see something like this and emphasizing how the two New Orleans movements helped change not only the music, but hip-hop culture and business. That history is what makes the pairing so powerful.
There was a time when New York and Los Angeles dominated much of the national conversation surrounding hip-hop. Cash Money and No Limit helped prove that artists from the South didn’t need to abandon their accents, neighborhoods or identities to command mainstream attention.
They could bring New Orleans to the world. Decades later, the same artists who helped accomplish that are preparing to fill arenas together.
From Juvenile and B.G. reconnecting with their Cash Money roots to Birdman and Master P bringing two legendary catalogs under one roof, the Cash Money & No Limit Tour represents more than another reunion circuit.
It is a celebration of survival, ownership, Southern innovation and a generation of artists who helped change the direction of hip-hop.
Two New Orleans empires. Seventeen cities. One stage.
And this fall, a major chapter of Southern hip-hop history will come alive again.
