According to reports, the singer was recently pulled into court over a paternity case filed by Diamond Brown regarding their 4-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown. Court documents reveal Diamond filed the suit on April 3, claiming Chris had already acknowledged paternity in a signed voluntary declaration.

Lovely, born January 7, 2022, has reportedly been living full-time with her mother in Los Angeles. In the filing, Diamond is asking for both legal and physical custody, while still leaving the door open for Breezy to have visitation rights. She’s also requesting that he cover her legal fees.
