🏠💔 Kandi Burruss Says Todd Tucker Is Living “Rent-Free” In Her Guest House and Not Contributing to Their Kids’ Expenses Amid Messy Divorce

Kandi Burruss is not holding back in her ongoing divorce battle with estranged husband Todd Tucker.

According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star claims Todd is currently living rent-free in her Atlanta guest house — and not contributing financially to the household or their children.

In the filing, Kandi states the property was purchased before their marriage and is solely hers. She alleges that since their separation, Todd has not paid a “single expense for the maintenance and upkeep of the home,” including utilities, gas, lawn care, water, pest control, or even alarm system fees.

But the financial accusations don’t stop there.

Kandi also claims Todd hasn’t provided support for the main home where their two children, Ace and Blaze, reside. She says she remains the traditional caregiver, balancing her demanding career as an entertainer and reality star while also relying on a nanny for additional help — despite Todd’s public claims that he is an active father.

In the court docs, Kandi alleges their children have celebrated two birthdays since she filed for divorce in November 2025. While Todd reportedly attended both parties, she claims he refused to contribute to the expenses. She further alleges he hasn’t helped cover tuition, school fees, supplies, or child support.

Kandi acknowledged she has been working in New York on Broadway since November and is scheduled to remain there until March. However, she says she has been consistently flying back and forth to spend time with her kids despite her work commitments.

Now, Kandi is asking the judge to order Todd to pay child support, contribute to shared expenses, and establish a formal parenting schedule.

Todd’s legal team has not publicly responded to the claims at this time.

As the divorce continues to unfold, it’s clear this split is far from amicable.
